Exchange Or Return Policy
MUS&Co assures our customers that buyers on our website will receive your merchandise as pictured and as described on our website. If, upon receipt, your placed item is not as pictured and as described, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. When returning an item to MUS&Co , it is a requisite that you provide us a proper notification and reasons for the return of a particular item. It is the business policy of MUS&Co to thoroughly inspect the returned merchandise ensuring that said merchandise has not been "used" by the buyer. This provides for an "unused condition" of the item where the said item is considered to be free from any scratches or blemishes, not showing any signs of wear or tear, and/or the item has not been sized, resized, altered in any way. The company will not accept any returned merchandise that has been used. Returned merchandise must be received by the company with the item's original documentation, receipts, warranty cards and original packaging. Replacement of returned merchandise is decided upon by the management of MUS&Co only after full and careful decision if the item is subject to any factory defects or malfunctions not originating from the seller MUS&Co. Damage Or Loss Policy
MUS&Co is not responsible for any damage or loss to merchandise or its packaging while in transit to our offices. Any damage or loss incurred during shipping for a returned or exchanged item must be recovered from the shipping carrier utilized to send the package. All packages sent back to our offices should be insured, with the carrier used, for the full value of the item to get protection against theft, damage or loss.
Customers wishing to cancel a placed order online must alert us of order cancellations at least 12 hours on confirmation placed on the same day the order was placed online. Kindly do not refuse the delivery of any merchandise as this might result to an uninsured return and a risk of loss or theft for which the company MUS&Co will not take responsibility.
Customized Order Policy
Any customized merchandise placed or ordered online will not be covered for refund nor will be eligible for returns. However, in our desire to satisfy all our customers in their purchase with MUS&Co the company will permit merchandise exchange or upgrade at the company's discretion.
Special Merchandise / Customized orders shall include: any merchandise that undergoes changes or alterations including, size, color, diameter or style, dial color or dial style, band size or color and shall include models not currently listed on our website.
